"Marisa and Bill were a dream to work with! We met Bill on Zillow at a home we wanted to see quickly.… He met us there and was very helpful. He was able to give us information about the different las vegas areas and help us pinpoint where we wanted to be. He was very patient as we changed our minds on location and type of home we were looking for. Once we decided on a property Marisa and Bill worked hard so we could close as quickly as possible. They kept us updated and answered my many questions. We would recommend either of them to anyone looking for property in the las vegas area!"

"Marisa Bilkiss is an absolutely outstanding agent and person!!! I couldn't have imagined that findin… g and purchasing a house could have gone so smoothly! Marisa is the very best real estate agent you'll ever work with. She's 100% on the ball at all times. Her communication and negotiation skills are outstanding! She explains everything and responds immediately to calls and texts. I felt like I was her only client. I found out later that I wasn't. She had three other clients that were in negotiations and ended up closing at around the same time I did! Oh my! Moving forward, I will only use her for my real estate needs. I highly, highly recommend Marisa Bilkiss when buying or selling property. She's amazing!!!!"

"Marisa is absolutely amazing! She helped me secure the home I wanted during a bidding war. She knew … my limit and through her strong interpersonal and negotiating skills she was able to make it happen. I am very picky and have high expectations. Marisa delivered excellence from start to finish. If you’re looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cool realtor who gets results, Marisa is hands down your gal! In fact, I trusted her so much I also chose her to sell my home and she’ll be helping my brother find a home once he’s ready!"

"Marisa Bilkiss was fantastic to work with—knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely had my best inter… est in mind. Made the whole process smooth, stress-free AND did it with a huge smile on her face. If you’re looking for an amazing realtor in Las Vegas, look no further!"

Reviews on Zillow

"Marisa guided a couple of clueless idiots through the entire process of buying a house. Her experti… se and efficiency was really what we needed to make our dream home a reality. She answered any and all questions thoroughly and promptly (even the blatantly stupid ones). At the end, we were surprised (and thrilled!) that from start to finish it took a mere 23 days! Our heads were spinning, but she walked us through each step flawlessly! Last but not least, in our numerous conversations with Marisa we found her to be a wonderful person in addition to an amazing realtor. You will be hard pressed to find someone more knowledgeable, passionate, and dedicated as Marisa. We feel very fortunate to have met her!"

Reviews on Zillow

"Selling our home and buying a new one was one of the biggest financial decisions my family has made … so choosing the right realtor & someone who truly understood the weight of that responsibility, was vital to us. We had high expectations but Marisa exceeded them. She is knowledgeable, straight forward, super sharp and such an expert in her field that she brought a sense of security and trust that made it possible for us to move forward with confidence. She consistently went out of her way to make sure we felt supported; especially at points where we needed a strong advocate. She always had our best interests at heart. That is the type of experience you’ll get working with Marisa. What also sets her apart is that her commitment doesn’t end at closing. You gain a trusted resource long after the transaction is complete. She is truly a one of a kind realtor and person. We couldn’t recommend her more highly."

Her knowledge, dedication, and genuine care made the entire home-buying process seamless and stress free. She was always available to answer our questions, offer advice, and guide us through every step. She truly made us feel like a priority and helped us find the perfect home that we’ll cherish for years to come. We are beyond grateful for everything she’s done and would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!"

"Buying a home with Marisa was a breeze. She was honest and straight-forward at showings and made the… sales process so easy. She took all the stress that comes with buying a house and threw it out the window- if there were any issues, she made sure to have a solution before bringing it to our attention. And this is all on top of her wonderful personality. I would work with her again any day!"
