Centennial Hills

Centennial Hills is located in the northwest corner foothills of Las Vegas, and is one of the more recent master-planned communities.  With the Red Rock Preservation Area to the west, Centennial Hills offers easy access to the I-95 and 215 Beltway and is roughly 30 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. The 56 square mile community of Centennial Hills offers a variety of housing choices including single-family homes, condos, townhomes, horse properties, semi-custom homes, and luxury custom homes on acreage with stunning city and mountain views. 

The work of several different builders is featured in Centennial Hills, including Lennar, D.R. Horton, Richmond American, Harmony Homes, Pardee Homes, Concordia, KB Homes, Astoria, and Spinnaker. At the center of the community is the 110-acre town center, a mixed-use development featuring the 900,000 Sq.ft. Centennial Center shopping plaza, which offers stores, movie theaters, and restaurants. The town center is also home to the Centennial Hills Hospital, YMCA Community Center, Centennial Hills Library and the Centennial Hills Park, one of the largest parks in the Las Vegas area.

Centennial Park offers picnic areas, sand volleyball courts, soccer fields, water play areas, a jogging/walking path with interpretive signage describing the historical significance of the area, an amphitheater with grass seating for more than 3,000 people, concession stands and dog-friendly runs. Other nearby parks include Floyd Lamb State Park, Seastrand Community Park, and Trails Community Park.

Championship golf courses in the area include Painted Desert, Silverstone Ranch, and the Paiute Indian Reservation, which offers three world-class, PGA-caliber golf courses.
