The Gardens Village is located in the southern part of Summerlin. The Gardens is surrounded by West Desert Inn Road to the North, South Hualapai Way to the East, and the I-215 Beltway to the South and West. Considered to be one of the smaller villages of Summerlin, The Gardens is a beautiful village thanks to its lush green setting.
Most of the homes for sale in The Gardens in Las Vegas were built between 2002-2006. It is made of 410-acres that include single-family homes, multi-family homes, luxury apartments, retail space, and office space which all surround The Gardens Park.
Residents of The Gardens are just a short drive to the Downtown Summerlin Mall, Red Rock Station Casino and have easy access to Las Vegas Strip and McCarran International Airport.
