The Hills

The Hills is apart of Summerlin and is located at the edge of the Spring Mountains and Red Rock Canyon.  Found near the center of the Summerlin North Community Association, the 400-acre development is comprised of 11 residential neighborhoods. One of the first villages offering single-family homes for sale in Summerlin, The Hills is known for its beautiful tree-lined streets that set the standard for landscaping throughout the community.  Neighborhoods in The Hills include Amarante, Belaire Estates, Cherry Creek, Copper Ridge, Cypress Grove, Evergreen, Hillcrest Estates, Panorama Pointe, Serenata, Visions, and Willow Tree. 

Residents of The Hills enjoy a vast array of amenities including The Hills Park which features an open lawn amphitheater and stage that hosts a variety of popular outdoor events throughout the year.
