The Lakes

The Lakes is a private and secluded community found in southwest Las Vegas. The community is bounded by Sahara Avenue to the North, Durango Drive to the east, Desert Inn Road to the South, and Hualapai Way to the West. The Lakes encompasses nearly two square miles and is comprised of approximately 300 residences, including condominiums, single-family homes, and custom estates. The centerpiece of the community is Lake Sahara, a beautiful 320-acre freshwater lake. Nearby communities include Summerlin to the west, and Peccole Ranch and Canyon Gate to the north. The Lakes homes are within close proximity to a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities.
