The Willows

Located in Summerlin, The Willows is a 731-acre mixed-use development, and is one of the largest villages of Summerlin. It consists of a variety of housing options, including single-family homes, semi-custom homes, multi-family homes, and luxury custom homes. The Willows Community Center and Pool

At the center of the community is The Willows Community Center & Pool, which features a beach-style entrance, large resort-style swimming pool, two water slides and a fountain. The community center also offers a variety of classes and programs, and facility rentals are at your disposal for private events. 

The Willows Parks

Residents of The Willows can benefit from three beautiful parks. The 12.7-acre Willows Park features a community center, little league field, swimming pool, lighted basketball court, baseball field, and playground. The 10.5-acre Spotted Leaf Park features full and junior size soccer fields, tennis courts, a basketball court, and children’s play area. Willows Paseo Park is a 4.6 linear park that connects the east and west regions of the village, featuring four over-sized storybook sculptures from Aesop’s Fables. The park has a children’s play area, walking trails, two lighted tennis courts, and a basketball court. Located near The Willows, the Red Rock Canyon Conservation Area offers nearly 200,000 acres of scenic desert with 30 miles of hiking trails, mountain biking, rock climbing, picnic areas, and nature & wildlife.  

Summerlin Golf

Summerlin is home to 10 of the best golf courses in Las Vegas, including two Tournament Players Club courses and one of only two Bear’s Best courses ever built. Residents of The Willows can play at Angel Park Golf, Arroyo Golf Club at Red Rock, Bear’s Best Las Vegas, Eagle Crest Golf Course, Highland Falls Golf, Mountain Course at Red Rock, Palm Valley Golf Course, Siena Golf Club, TPC Las Vegas, and TPC Summerlin.

Shopping, Dining & Entertainment

Residents of The Willows have access to the Downtown Summerlin area, considered to be the urban core of the Summerlin community, and voted by Southern Nevadans as the Valley’s best shopping center in theLas Vegas Review Journal’s 2016 “Best of Las Vegas.”  Other nearby Summerlin shopping destinations include Canyon Pointe, Center Pointe Plaza, Covington Cross Center, The Gardens Plaza, Pueblo Shopping Center, South Square Marketplace, Summit Centre, Trails Village Center, and Vista Commons.
