Spring Valley

Spring Valley is located in Clark County, NV, and is situated west of Downtown Las Vegas. Back in the mid-1970s, Pardee Homes began developing a master-planned residential community called “Spring Valley”, which ended up becoming it’s own unincorporated town in 1981. Spring Valley is mostly residential, encompasses just over 33 square miles, and is home to a number of amenities including Rainbow Spring Shopping Center, Arroyo Crossing Market Square, Tropicana Beltway Center, and Grand Canyon Parkway. There are also two golf courses and one country club right in the center of Spring Valley. 

Spring Valley is home to tennis players Steffi Graf and Andre Agassi, the former Sacramento Kings owners George J. Maloof, Jr.. The Sultan of Brunei also has a residence in Spring Valley.

The 240-acre Desert Breeze Park, one of the largest parks in the Clark County park system, is located in the north-central portion of Spring Valley. The park features a long list of amenities including a skate park, a dog park, 2 roller hockey rinks, soccer fields, baseball fields, children’s playgrounds, picnic areas, and a community center.

Las Vegas area’s Chinatown is also located in Spring Valley, a place where residents can enjoy a variety of Asian foods, gift shops, and markets. The area features the largest concentration of Asian businesses in Las Vegas and extends all along Spring Mountain Rd. There are many different authentic Chinese restaurants to choose from as well as many popular dessert places. Volcano Cafe (originally Volcano Tea) is one of the most well-known boba places in Vegas. Another one is No.1 Boba Tea inside of the Chinatown Mall. You’ll also find many different types of Asian restaurants including Filipino, Thai, and Korean.
